Description:

Under the supervision of the Controller, the Customer Service Representative serves as the intermediary between the customer, the representative and the production department. He follows the processing of an order at every stage of production and sees to its satisfactory progress. He also makes sure of customer satisfaction.Most precisely, the Customer Service Representative:

o Coordinates the orders forwarded by sales representatives;

o Coordinates the work inside the various departments;

o Makes sure that the product put out comes up to the customer’s expectations and complies with the company’s quality standards;

o Prepares the information required for the invoicing of work relating to files he is in charge of;

o May be called upon to perform any other work-related task



Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position is an asset
  • Bilingualism
  • Post secondary / professional diploma in printing plant management or graphic arts
  • Knowledge of the whole chain of graphic production
  • Strong management skills of performing several projects simultaneously;
  • Customer and result oriented;
  • Excellent skills for teamwork;
  • Autonomous, resourceful and proactive;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good learning skills;
  • Mastery of the Windows Environment
